Section 68
Taking bail or surety or bank guarantee from the accused
(1) Except in the case of section 67, if there is reasonable ground to prove the accusation against any accused, the court may take bond, surety or bank guarantee from him and keep him on the date. But the bank guarantee should be unconditional and renewable for the period specified by the court.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the accused who does not give bail, surety or bank guarantee shall be detained by the court.
